Ancho Chile & Coffee Seasoning
This blend of poblano peppers, coffee and additional spices is perfect for beef, pork and poultry. You can use it in place of salt and pepper before you grill—or create a bold flavour by making it a part of your dry rub. Try applying this mouth-watering seasoning to a piece of pork loin 30 minutes before grilling and then cook over direct heat on your Green Egg.
Citrus & Dill Seasoning
This popular Big Green Egg seasoning is a blend of tropical citrus herbs and spices and is great for vegetables, poultry and fish. We recommend using this seasoning for roasted potatoes. Combine potatoes, oil, garlic with the citrus & dill seasoning in a dutch oven. Cook over indirect heat on your Green Egg for approximately 20 minutes.
Savory Pecan Seasoning
This is a nutty blend of sweet and savoury flavours that work well with all meats, fish, poultry and vegetables. A popular way to use this Green Egg seasoning is to combine it with cubed butternut squash in a dutch oven and cook over indirect heat for 30 minutes. Once soft, add some cream and puree to make a delicious butternut squash soup.
Sweet & Smoky Seasoning
With a traditional smokey, paprika flavour—this seasoning is perfect for deviled eggs. You can cook the eggs on your Green Egg over direct heat in a dutch oven filled with water. Use your favourite deviled egg recipe and substitute this flavorful seasoning wherever the recipe calls for paprika or mustard.
